REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Overview

At Medically Enhanced RX, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of the products we sell, all refund and return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unopened.

• Be in their original packaging.

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Include proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened products.

• Used products.

• Clearance or sale items.

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with Canada Post to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and further action where permitted by law.

Policy Changes

Medically Enhanced RX reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
